Stand Together seeks an entrepreneurial Creative Production Manager to join the team as we transform and innovate our donor events. This role is an exciting opportunity for a strong project manager looking to step into a leadership role. The Creative Production Manager will drive the implementation and execution of project management best practices, processes, and methodologies within a fast-paced team that operates across a broad philanthropic community of individuals and organizations and works with a wide variety of vendors. The Creative Production Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to the high-quality standards of our brand. This includes fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders and approaching project management from a principled partnership model. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who exercises sound judgment and makes decisions consistent with our risk philosophy in an ever-transforming, fast-paced setting. Your Responsibilities Include
  • Manage the production and coordination of the philanthropic community's biannual summits from the planning stage to execution to ensure that events are world class and are produced in an efficient, predictable manner
  • Provide clear direction to teammates, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that priorities are understood and deadlines are met
  • Track overall project progress relative to the goals, metrics, and timelines. Regularly connect the team to the status of the portfolio and projects
  • Communicate and hold team accountable to new and existing knowledge processes and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for optimization through collaboration across the team
  • Supervise team of project managers and coordinators, setting the team up for success through performance coaching and talent development
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and coordinating diverse resources in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supervising and leading a team
  • Ability to drive multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with staff of all levels
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • High sense of urgency and initiative
  • Commitment to operational excellence and project delivery
  • Experience implementing project management tools in a creative setting
  • An understanding of and commitment to the principles that move our society in the direction where more people can realize their potential
