Media Design Graphics Artist

Key Role:

Use existing software and hardware tools to animate characters, objects, and settings depicted in forms such as storyboards and through conceptual images. Apply traditional animation and industry and proprietary technology expertise to creating life and movement. Work under broad supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with writing and editing digital media content, including organizational talent, planning, directing, and team curriculum development team support
-Experience using Adobe Captivate, Content Planning Module (CPM), Authoring Instructional Media (AIM) Learning Objective Module (LOM), Government Content Acceptance Testing (GCAT), Test Track, and Content Hosting and Report Management (CHARM) services

-Experience with journalistic visual storytelling style and producing content using expertise in basic video editing, photo editing and design, as needed

-Knowledge of the Navy's End-to-End (E2E) training process, including the delivery of Storyboards, Learning Design Sequences, and individual lesson topics

-Ability to provide instructions to team members on specific tasks and job techniques and create available written instructions, reference materials, and supplies required to perform the work

-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to implement and maintain robust digital communications strategies

-Ability to lead the creation of the digital content to support complex training requirements

-Ability to execute approved ideas, planning logistics and workflow, organizing outreach and communication with the team and internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the quality of work produced

-Ability to work a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgement and discretion
