The Strategic Sales Director drives multi-media sales revenue from large, local & regional accounts with a focus on new revenue per account. The Director leads from the front with application of process, adoption of success metrics and accountability for performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead revenue growth through weekly 1:1 "Screens-up" meetings with consultants either on-site or virtual
  • Lead efforts to maintain, cultivate and grow assigned accounts.
  • Hold team accountable for achieving revenue and KPI goals
  • Identify and overcome training and personnel gaps
  • Reinforce activity and engagement minimums for all tools & resources
  • Accurate forecast revenue through use of Salesforce

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS and/or SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree preferred
9-12 years broad digital product and marketing experience
Superior communication, relationship building and influence skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license required. No other certification, licenses or registrations required.

Must be able to travel 50%+ as needed
