SUMMARY:
In-house advertising agency seeks assistant media buyer to join
our team. U.S. Money Reserve is a fast past and evolving company
seeking a new team member who will thrive in this environment and
who will help grow the department as well as the company. The ideal
candidate should have a bachelor's degree in related field, with
preferably 2 years of experience within an
advertising/marketing/media arena. We are not only looking for a
qualified media professional to join our team -- we are seeking the
right fit, long-term.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Drafting purchase orders and trafficking jobs from start to
finish
Monitor schedules
Pull time period posts analysis
Strong project management skills
Works with all internal and external departments to ensure
proper delivery of orders.
Monitor day-to-day advertising activities.
Suggest modifications to systems reports, and campaign process,
etc.
Proofing art files for print-readiness

QUALIFICATION, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE:

Associate's/Bachelor's Degree, advertising or related
field
Preferably 2 years of experience within an
advertising/marketing/media
Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills
Very strong organizational skills required, with particular
attention to detail and problem-solving
A strong team orientation with a positive, upbeat, professional
and responsible attitude.
