Job Summary

The Lead Marketing Manager, Digital Innovation will help us develop a cutting-edge next gen website that is engaging and interactive. They will manage and deliver pilots and digital solutions that help set us up for scale and success. The Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving B2B user engagement and demand and piloting new functionality for our customers to interact with best in class content in new ways. That means thinking strategically about customer problems, shepherding compelling user experiences, understanding metrics and performance and solving day-to-day dilemmas. This role involves visionary thinking to develop the roadmap for an exceptional digital customer experience.

Job Description

Responsible for researching, planning and executing cutting-edge, next-gen digital marketing assets leveraging our marketing technology stack. Partner with our creative and digital teams to identify new ways of presenting information to our users and focus on content engagement across the customer journey Define success metrics and use data to drive decision making, track performance, and iteratively improve the customer experience Understand and empathize with customers' problems and unmet needs to uncover innovation opportunities. Ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization and be able to think strategically and act tactically.


Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration and/or Marketing concentration preferred 6+ years professional work experience Background in digital, innovation and strategy design, be familiar with human-centered design methods Strong understanding of emerging technology trends Experience utilizing design thinking Program and project management experience Team-oriented with cross-functional team leadership skills Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization The flexibility to work across multiple projects and balance your workload Prior experience working within a large, global organization Education Bachelors or Equivalent
