Job Summary Primary Focus:
MDU Farming within the Consumer Organization The Lead Marketing manager is focused on developing our prospective customer base through a blended marketing approach of both traditional and digital tactics to drive the take rate within our serviceable MDU universe. This position will work closely with sales, support, product, and consumer marketing teams to build and execute marketing programs to drive growth. Job Description Serves as the feedback loop between field marketing and corporate marketing to continuously improve go-to-market strategy. Collaborates with field marketing peers, corporate marketing, and local sales teams to develop campaign narratives, messaging, and tactics. Develops and delivers marketing plans designed to improve opportunity conversion, generate leads and opportunities. Responsible for planning, delivering, monitoring, and enhancing traditional and digital marketing programs. Ensures campaigns are executed on-time, accurately, and successfully. Plans, designs, and executes marketing programs to drive demand and conversion. Measures and proactively monitors campaign impact, effectiveness (ROI), and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to improve results. Tests new marketing initiatives to improve results. Recognizes and shares data trends and recommends best practices based on successful campaigns. Works on complex issues which requires input from multiple sources and innovative problem solving. Acts in a multi-discipline project leadership role working towards the development of new solutions, processes, tools and systems. Recommends new tools to better the overall marketing process. Receives little supervision for most assignments. Receives general instructions for non-standard analyses and projects. Manages field marketing budget. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience 6 years marketing experience Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation Attention to detail Highly motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes with start-up 'anything and everything' mentality Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines Ability to work independently and take the initiative Travels as business needs permit

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and results Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales results Experience in sales or supporting sales teams Experience managing projects Telecommunications or technology background Education
