Position Summary

While working as an Account Executive for Digital Marketing Services, you will be tasked with fulfilling orders and performing tasks related to attracting and servicing new customer accounts for Employer's Digital Services. You will work on obtaining new customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and informing potential clients of the products and services we offer, in an effort to generate sales. Additionally, you will also meet with prospective clients to discuss potential projects and provide free quotes, in hopes of starting a business relationship. The person in this position assists with performing the operational functions of the department, ensuring to attract new customers and generate revenue, all while providing excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new accounts (customers) by cold calling, networking, and conducting research
  • Generate revenue of new accounts by gaining an understanding of each customer's needs and communicate the services and products our company offers
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Provide potential clients with free quotes
  • Take samples from customers to aid in providing an accurate quote
  • Stay in touch with customers to ensure they are adequately serviced
  • Meet with customers and clients off site for an total of 3 ? days a week
  • Attending staff meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations as directed in order to develop sales and service skills
  • Provide excellent customer service that will ultimately lead to satisfaction of the customer and the closing of deals
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates to receive feedback
  • Coordinate with managers to meet deadlines and identify new accounts
  • Enter information into the computer in order to keep track of jobs and assignments

Nonessential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter jobs into the computer system for the production staff
  • Work on job assignments in other departments as instructed
