Creative Director

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director who can be a true force at 360i. The CD will make the ECD’s and GCD’s lives easier and oversee our mid-Junior staff. Our CD’s develop original concepts, creative campaigns and social and digital production, and oversee multiple projects from brief through execution. Creative leadership and motivation skills are absolutely essential for the role as our CD’s are responsible for fostering client relationships and managing the day to day on assigned brands. We need people who aren’t afraid see such massive undertakings in front of them. This is a leadership position in every sense of the phrase, and we need someone who can represent 360i’s culture and standards to all levels and disciplines within the department and company-wide. 

What We’d Like to See in You:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (at least 5+ years in a digital agency environment)
  • Ability to create ideas, sell ideas, make ideas (Repeat)
  • A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals—ideas, craft, art and copy direction, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process—as well as new platforms and innovative technologies
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes and keep work on budget and on-schedule
  • Proven leadership skills and confidence with everything from team building to mentoring to guiding large amounts of creative talent
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of both internal and client organizations
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term need. Timelines, budgets, and availabilities change—we need someone who can roll with it
  • Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
  • Establish and nurture good client working relationships
  • Participate in new business development activities
