Social Media Marketing Manager

Overview
We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer social media accounts for Plaid Swan and select clientele. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage the image of Plaid Swan and our clientele in a cohesive way to achieve desired marketing goals.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns on social media advertising platforms to meet client goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, and that of our clients, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Tasks
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsSet specific objectives and report on ROIGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)Monitor SEO and web traffic metricsCollaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency for Plaid Swan and our clientsCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsOversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applicationsDesign, implement and manage social advertising on behalf of Plaid Swan and our clients. Will include advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Analyze and report on campaign performance daily, leveraging data from internal and external sources. Provide deeper dive insights monthly and quarterly.

Minimum Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising campaign management and optimization, with emphasis in FacebookProficiency in digital advertising and analytics platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics)Hands on experience in content managementExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliarity with web designExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsBachelors or better in Marketing or relevant field Category: Marketing & Biz Dev
