Junior Account Manager

AGAIN Interactive - #5 on Ad Age's Best Places to Work 2019 - is seeking a junior account manager with a passion for digital and social media to assist with a variety of client activities and deliverables. Our account managers help to maintain the social media presences of our clients’ brands, working to facilitate audience recruitment, inspire audience engagement, monetize social efforts and report on performance of specific campaigns and ongoing efforts.
Position responsibilities include:
•    Loading and scheduling content into a social media management system
•    Influencer research, coordination and management
•    Email campaign program execution, management and reporting
•    Monitoring and responding to online comments and conversations relevant to client brands
•    Compilation of weekly/monthly brand sentiment and social media reports using various analytics tools and social media analytics dashboards
•    Monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on daily social media for multiple client brands
•    Measuring, analyzing and reporting on web analytics and traffic of various websites/blogs and social properties and for specific campaign related efforts
•    Competitor research

Qualified candidates will be equipped with the following skills:
•    Familiarity with primary social media channels
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•    Experience with online marketing tools and platforms
•    Efficiency and reliability, with the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
•    Strong writing and communications skills
•    Comfort in collaborating with team members in both creative and technological disciplines
•    A demonstrated passion for social media and digital marketing
•    A desire to continually learn and grow as a digital marketing professional
•    Ability to work in fast paced environment
