Indeed Prime is seeking a dynamic leader to manage performance marketing strategy and execution for Indeed Prime. You will lead an acquisition strategy that is developed and optimized to acquire new customers and to retain existing ones. You are adept at both B2C and B2B marketing models (marketplace experience is a big plus). Your work will drive employers placing tech talent and tech talent candidates to seek out and engage with Indeed Prime, and will enable our sales and customer success teams to convert that visibility into opportunities and ultimately revenue.

You will find new ways to scale channels to acquire new candidates and employers, and will possess a unique set of skills that blends analytical prowess, creativity and leadership to exceed plan. You will work cross-functionally with others on the marketing team, as well as BizOps, Product Management, Design, Engineering and Finance to build a two-sided performance marketing strategy. Ideally, you'll have served as a marketing director across multiple functions/channels in a smaller company. This means you'll have developed a strategic and hands-on understanding of what marketing levers are most effective for which efforts and goals, and how and what type of content can best serve those levers.

You Will Be Responsible for:
  • Creating, managing and executing an acquisition strategy & execution across both b2b and b2c audiences and their respective channels.
  • Bringing new creative ideas to the team, proposing and executing on new experiments to unlock incremental growth levers for both sides of the market
  • Owning email marketing, personalized landing pages, paid marketing through social, display, and SEM
  • Generating new ideas, channels, and campaigns that can unearth undiscovered pockets of financial opportunities across digital marketing levers
  • Designing full-funnel campaigns that create a seamless journey for prospects, from discovery through to renewal
  • Being a performance minded, analytics oriented leader who can objectively measure the impact of their team's efforts on cost of acquisition, channel performance and optimization, and revenue
  • Bringing on world-class agencies and outsourced resources to support the output of the team, and managing them to flawless execution
  • Being a respectful partner who fosters open and honest relationships across Product, Sales, Client Success, Talent Services and Engineering teams
  • Overseeing media budgets, budget tracking and execution of authorized plans
  • Working with Business Operations team on all campaign planning and analyses
  • Reporting to Indeed Prime executives periodically on campaign performance, providing expert analysis, opinion and counsel on budgeting and strategy
  • Fostering strong and productive relationships with all paid media agencies, sales and technology partners
  • Owning and managing budget reconciliation process for the marketing team
About you:Skills:
  • Strong understanding of earned and paid media channels, and current on new tools and methods to build a program at scale
  • Experience in both b2b and b2c marketing. Experience marketing for a marketplace model a plus.
  • Knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with website analytics tools, advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, and content management systems
  • Agency management experience
  • Proven experience and success with Account Based Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • 7-10+ years of experience managing paid customer acquisition budgets
  • Experience managing and developing relationships and collaborations across business teams
  • Strong understanding of demand generation across SMB, mid-market
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners and our executive team
