The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, well-rounded Creative Project Manager to join the GoPro Advertising team. The Creative Project Manager will manage projects that push forward our branding and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects through the creative development process, from kickoff through concept inception to production to final asset delivery
  • Determine which technical assets, creative resources and budgets are required in order to fulfill project requests
  • Leads cross functional communication around status, timelines & key milestones, creative requirements and content gaps
  • Strategic contribution (strategic thinking /orientation)
  • Ensure that teams know and understand the project vision, manage expectations and team relationships
  • Ensure that projects are handed off on time and in scope
  • Manage resources and logistics and partner with various internal and external teams to provide solutions to meet marketing and business objectives
  • Engage on contingency planning, recommend solutions and proactively engage in problem solving
  • Support the lead manager on needs and mitigate risk on projects
  • Contribute to refining processes and workflow
  • Uphold standards and best practices
  • Enthusiastic representation of GoPro creative and strategy

Skills We’re Stoked About

  • 5+ years of project management experience at a relevant brand or advertising agency
  • Experience using resource/project management tools in a work environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advertising projects and processes (e. broadcast, OOH, OTT, digital, social & print)
  • Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large scale projects with various stakeholders
  • Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations and conclusions
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred
