Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Aquent's Client is currently seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the team responsible for a growth in the business travel segment. The role will report to the Head of Marketing. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing paid campaigns to acquire midsize and enterprise companies at scale with primary focus on the US, Germany, France, UK and Australia. You will lead the development, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns and partner closely with our entire marketing team on messaging, audience development and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop the strategy, implement, and optimize online channels including Google, display networks, programmatic and paid social
  • Create audience segmentation and personas based on vertical and job functions to build and test creative strategy
  • Work to continuously optimize the efficiency and scale of our direct response and sponsored content campaigns across channels
  • Create and implement an ABM strategy utilizing a platform like Demandbase
  • Work with our paid media agency to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, measurable and deliver on defined KPIs efficiently and effectively
  • Build a pipeline of channel experiments that you will launch and measure
  • Assess opportunities for audience, creative, and channel expansion
    Partner with copy and creative team to test and iterate on high-performing creative
  • Launch and test a retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance
  • Collaborate with designer and copywriter to build landing pages that optimize the post-click experience

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of paid acquisition marketing experience
  • Expertise with advertising on all major channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Expertise with Google Analytics
  • Experience with ABM technologies and strategy
  • Familiarity with tech and tools in the ecosystem (brand monitoring, bidding tools, marketing automation)
  • Strong data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting across paid channels
  • An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
  • A self-motivated individual; a good team player; someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work
  • Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
  • Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
