Our client is looking for someone with expertise in email, specifically ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, and Journey Builder, to assist with operational efficiency using the tool as well as building emails/filters and coding email. We are looking for someone with a strong skill set in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as our client uses Email Studio quite extensively, as well as Journey Builder to launch our programs. HTML is a requirement and SQL knowledge is a plus. This person must be extremely organized to build anywhere from 2-6 emails a day as well as any associated filters. The way our client builds emails is not standard but they will spend time training this contractor on our account set up.

Main job functions for this role are as follows:
? Day-to-day management of email campaigns including, but not limited to building and QAing daily emails and filters/targets, copy reviews, structuring A/B tests, scheduling deliveries, and reporting on results
? Monitor that emails deploy correctly and be able to troubleshoot where necessary
? Manage inbox reputation of emails through a 3rd party vendor we work with today
? Additional tasks may be assigned but will be determined by knowledge level of the tools

Required Skills:
? HTML proficient
? Expertise in email, specifically ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud (specifically Email Studio and Journey Builder)
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Adaptable self-starter
? Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
? Ability to meet strict deadlines

Preferred Skills:

? Knowledge of current and emerging trends, issues, and methods
