Senior Sales Marketing Manager

ESXL is on a mission to become New York’s esports organization, beginning with the successful launch of NYXL, New York’s franchise in Activision Blizzard’s Overwatch League. With the league’s best record, MVP and a roster stacked with all-stars, NYXL was a gold standard in the Overwatch League's inaugural season. Now begins the evolution of NYXL into a broader, multi-team house of brands that will define New York’s esports identity. We’re looking to add an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join an exceptionally talented team from digital media, esports, apparel, and tech backgrounds to execute this mission.   • Develop unique partner solutions and writing integrated proposals that will build and grow our brand partnerships revenue
  • Operationalize and own the Pre-Sale process including RFP workflow and and best practices to drive maximum efficiencies and deal conversion
  • Oversee positioning of our value proposition and capabilities across our brands and platforms and use data effectively to tell our story
  • Work in tandem with our brand partnership managers
  • Lead creative ideation for partners, identifying the connective tissue between partner brands, ESXL and our passionate fanbase
  • Be a brand and audience authority to create the most compelling programs that meet client KPIs
  • Operationalize and own the Pre-Sale process including RFP workflow and and best
  • Collaborate with department stakeholders to ensure creativity, feasibility and successful delivery of programs


  • Must have an obsessive drive to win and an unrelenting sense of urgency
  • 3+ years experience writing proposals, developing integrated and native solutions for major brands
  • An exceptional storyteller with a passion for writing
  • Possess deep curiosity, if not familiarity or expertise, for the esports industry
  • A passion and expert ability for writing and creative thinking
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in keynote, google slides and the adobe suite.
