Job Description/Responsibilities: The UI Designer will work on the Loyalty team to create experiences which will help with adoption and retention of our loyalty offerings. There will be explorations of integrating with the e-commerce platform as well as in the physical store experience. Strong capabilities in User Interface and Visual Design specific to User Experience are essential, the designer will be responsible for creating visual design layouts and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. The designer will collaborate closely with the Loyalty UX Lead who will define the strategy, timing and execution necessary in addition to a cross-functional team including a Product Manager, Business Analyst, UX Researcher, Strategy Manager and Developers. As part of this role, the team will work with a UX Researcher to conduct research and usability testing, having the ability to speak directly with customers and store associates. Some of the work will also entail collaboration on broad visioning exercises and creating mock-ups and prototypes with visuals and motion to convey a long term "North Star". They will then work with the UX Lead and Product Manager to break the vision down and execute upon it with a cross-functional team.

? Additional Desired Skills:
a. Previous experience with transactional applications including loyalty, payment, CRM, SASS, etc.
b. Experience with research and testing of designs or prototypes to inform the direction of the solution to be implemented. Leveraging testing to validate assumptions.

? Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.):
o Minimum of 4 years of professional UX Visual Design experience
o Strong Visual Design and skills, demonstrable experience with User Experience design specifically.

? Software skills required: Expert in Sketch, Invision and prototyping tools such as, Axure, Flinto, or Principal
