  • Partner with Design Research to understand our users and speak to their needs
  • Speak compellingly about writing-you love to explain writing decisions and best practices
  • Take ownership over ambiguous projects with many moving parts, and find clear copy solutions to complex problems

Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience
  • At least 1 year of in-product writing experience (UI, notifications, error messages, tooltips, etc.)
  • Skills and desire to craft copy for a broad range of product surfaces
  • Quick, sharp insights that help mold copy into its best final form
  • Exceptional communication skills, in person and in writing
