Required Knowledge / Skills:

? Knowledgeable in typography, color theory, layout conversion/production, print design, responsive design
? Digital asset creation, web design, print
? Can create new designs leveraging existing components and recreate assets when needed
? Correct and catch errors before files are delivered to customer
? Understanding of the elements of good design and web best practices
? Intermediate knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
- Acrobat Pro
- Bridge
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Photoshop
? Intermediate photo retouching and color correcting skills
? Experience building presentation decks in Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint with animations and builds would be a plus
? Flawless preparation of files for digital and print production

? Can apprehend a greater number of elements and use them as problem-solving procedures
? Able to solve problems quickly and accurately
? Convincingly explains decisions and rationale in documentation, reviews, and presentations.
? Can confidently present own work to others via face to face, conference call, and email conversations
? Able to contribute to a presentation, collecting input from all stakeholders and/or delivering content for a particular section
? Ability to manage deadlines on numerous, concurrent projects through various teams
? Takes existing concepts and lays them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic
? Participates in brainstorming and conceptualizing for new campaigns
