At NENS, we are keen on finding individuals who reject the concept of mediocrity and are constantly challenging themselves and their peers to do better.Responsibilities:* Answer all phone calls and provide excellent, consistent customer service* Triage all incoming service requests with a high attention to detail and quality* Route all service tickets to correct department(s)* Assign technical resources to service tickets* Identify and communicate client issues to internal teams/departments* Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Service Desk Team* General Office Administration Tasks:* Order and maintain internal office supplies* Stock and organize kitchen and front reception area* Mailing and shipping as requested* Assistance with additional professional projects as needed Qualifications:* Bachelor s Degree or equivalent working experience* 2+ years customer service experience* Knowledge of general office administration* Experience using Microsoft Office Applications* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and detail* Exceptional written/oral communication skills and the ability to listen* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building* Proven strength in organization, quality, and accuracy* Positive attitude with ability to work on a team* Permanent work authorization in the US* General knowledge of the technology industry a plusSee more at:
