JOB GOAL:
The CE & TS Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Continuing Education & Training Services (CE & TS) marketing plan. The position will collaborate with internal and external personnel to support efforts related to CE & TS marketing campaigns, digital and social media strategy, promotion and collateral materials.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support and coordination of CE & TS marketing plan for all CE & TS marketing campaigns, promotion and collateral materials.Set social media marketing strategy, and manage, develop and implement campaigns across all digital media platforms.Coordinate development and distribution of email marketing campaigns in support of CE & TS e-marketing schedule.Adhering to Kirkwood brand standards, provide graphic design for digital campaigns, ads, flyers and other web elements as needed.Provide copywriting, editing and proofing expertise for the production and development of CE & TS promotion materials.Provide data analysis for web traffic/analytics, email benchmarks, social media statistics and registration information, and provide recommendations affecting marketing strategy.Coordinate content updates, edits and redesigns to CE & TS websites as needed.Support catalog production process, including managing design/style elements.Serve as liaison with operations and programming staff to maximize marketing elements of registration system, and maintain proper and timely internal communications of marketing campaigns.Ensure CE & TS collateral materials are utilized and stocked at internal and external locations.Perform other related work duties as assigned.

Must be self-motivated, energetic and able to work in a team-based environment.Must possess strong written and oral communications and must be able to work cooperatively with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on a deadline.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically and coherently orally and in writing.Possess a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, from an accredited institution.Minimum of two years full-time relevant experience.
