Job Summary

The B2B Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Marketing Programs of the business and holds responsibility for the marketing strategy and execution of all marketing activities for the business as a part of the KinderCare Education family of brands. This is a newly created pivotal role for the team, leveraging the KinderCare messaging and brand positioning across all integrated marketing, creative and brand elements for the business to drive B2B lead generation, conversion and retention as well as B2C family-facing marketing communication and tactics.

The

B2B Marketing Manager

must have a deep understanding of content, community and brand building with perspective on message and channels to push campaigns.

This role is uniquely positioned to own, impact and drive the end-to-end view of sales enablement, brand awareness, demand generation and go-to-market activities for a rapidly growing business.

The role requires that this person will set the road map, goals and objectives for all marketing efforts in order to achieve aggressive revenue, business and financial growth goals.

Key responsibilities include\:

* Positioning\:

Develop the organizational discipline to translate brand positioning and formulate pitches (both local and national) around the unique stories of the company's products, amazing team, and experiences with customers.

* Customer Focus\:

Build a deep understanding of the customer segmentation, needs of each segment and movement of the customers through the life cycle (new business to repeat customer).

* Demand Generation\:

Familiarity with driving web traffic, registrations, pre-launch wait lists and enrollments. Remarketing to existing customers is important to secure renewals.

* Brand\:

Protect and nurture the brand. Craft the story through messaging, content, digital and social. Media (earned, bought, social) needs to be compelling and consistent to drive awareness and create customers.

* New Center Openings\:

Collaborate with the New Center Openings team on driving inquiries and enrollment to both KinderCare community centers and center.

* Manage external resources\:

M

anage vendors and contractors across multiple disciplines including graphic design, copywriting, advertising and marketing, freelance writers, and more, as needed.

* Marketing P&L\:

Responsible for the B2B marketing P&L and budget allocated to activities and measurement of qualitative and quantitative targets, to show growth with new leads for conversion and retention.

Qualification:

Key desired skills and experience\:

* Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing.

* 3-5 years of experience in similar integrated marketing roles.

* Proven track record of success in marketing roles.

* Confident, driven and dynamic marketer.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.

* Strong creative and writing skills - must be able to articulate complex concepts in clear language and non-generic business and customer benefits.

* Understanding of how to reach the right audience at the right time utilizing various industry tools and technologies.

* Understanding and appreciation of sales and sales process in a B2B and B2B2C environment.

* Comfortable with organized chaos. Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment; take initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines.

* Self-driven and independent; high energy, customer-centric;

set goals and meet deadlines.

* Track record of leading execution under tight timelines.

* Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and influencing cross-functional teams and communication with senior leadership.
