The role…
The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics will be part of a growing North America Insights & Analytics team that partners with strategists, client service and design teams to deliver on a variety of research projects that inspire and inform a brand’s strategy and design. This manager will also mentor/coach analysts as we focus on Analytic and Brand Research tools to address a wide range of client’s business challenges.

What we are looking for…
A senior analytics and insights professional, who brings 8+ years’ experience across a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches. You exhibit strong project design and management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy being hands-on with projects end-to-end, from the design of primary research studies, through field material development and data analysis. We need a clear talent for analyzing and synthesizing primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights that can impact clients and their business.  We seek someone with a B.S. or M.S. degree, 8-12 years’ experience, proven expertise in brand research gained while working in a top tier brand, innovation, digital, market research and/or management consultancy. Experience with both B2B and B2C brands is desired, as well as financial modeling/analysis. You are skilled working with the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and comfortable working on a Mac. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, you’re a strong communicator and have experience presenting to senior level clients and colleagues. We seek someone who takes pride in being a team player and who is driven to work collaboratively building the world’s most agile brands.
