The Cross Wholesale Marketing & Business Services Manager will identify and manage marketing strategies and priorities that cross all or many Wholesale LOB’s in both the US and globally. These programs will support cross-Wholesale marketing initiatives to drive greater brand awareness, customer centricity and business impact. This individual will also lead Wholesale Business Services which provides high-quality information research, presentation and print services that enable each Wholesale line of business to meet its business objectives while enhancing our brand’s reputation in the marketplace. This leader will work closely with the Wholesale Marketing LOB leaders to identify opportunities to develop marketing programs that support all Wholesale in both the US and global markets. This newly created role will report to the Head of Wholesale Marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Managing the Global Regional Marketing Managers in key global regions to ensure strategic and integrated marketing plans are developed to support Wholesale regional business priorities. Balancing business priorities and marketing/brand opportunities with clear investment priorities. In addition, deep alignment with the Wells Fargo brand and broad marketing initiatives will be critical in our regions. • Integrating across Wholesale LOB leaders to connect, identify and implement cross-Wholesale marketing opportunities that create brand awareness, deepen customer relationships and deliver an enhanced Wholesale experience. • Partnering/collaborating with COE marketing teams to drive value and integration across relevant programs and campaigns. • Establishing and maintaining monthly budget routines and other business routines. • In collaboration with key COE partners, developing cross-Wholesale strategy and cross-initiative plan including budget, KPI and key milestone management. The successful candidate will have: a strong collaborative management style bringing a high level of integrity, energy and transparency; a strong understanding of all marketing disciplines including social, advertising, digital and “below the line” marketing activities; and an entrepreneurial spirit having built new functions and teams; ability to manage through ambiguity. Further, a successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to: • Drive strategic thinking and planning processes for Wholesale marketing and business priorities to all partners to drive and demonstrate business impact. • Influence through strategic vision and outstanding relationship building and communication skills. • Make connections across Wholesale to inform broad marketing recommendations and opportunities. • Provide strategic thought leadership and counsel to partners and ability to connect “dots” across various and sometimes competing/ambiguous challenges. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 10+ years of marketing experience • 8+ years of management experience OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 6+ years’ experience overseeing development of marketing strategies for B2B audiences and global markets • B2B marketing leadership in the Financial Services or industries with long, complex sales cycles and client facing relationship managers and relationship management teams
