Account Executive

You’re an inquisitive, collaborative, and buttoned up Account Executive who is looking for an opportunity to begin leading creative projects. You understand that there isn’t one way to reach people, but multiple ways that are evolving every day – so traditional advertising may not be even where you want to start the conversation. New technology being developed not just by tech companies, but media/entertainment (oh, and advertising agencies) is yet another reason why you have a desire to work for an innovative creative shop.

 

What We Want You To Do

Work with the Account Management team on designated pieces of businesses to assist in managing the agency’s day-to-day relationship with clients and internal teams through effective communication, problem solving and facilitating projects.

Be a go-to person who knows the ins-and-outs of every assignment and can direct the team on logistics and/or find the necessary people to keep the projects on track.

Learn the category and business to provide key learnings to the internal team; including, competitive analysis and industry trends.

Work with the Account Supervisor to oversee day-to-day client management; including, production projects, status reports, budget and cost control.

Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.

Strong attention to detail and time management. 

Flexible and able to solve problems.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Digital display fluency.

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years experience in an advertising or digital agency.
