Account Supervisor

The role of the Account Supervisor is to manage a highly productive cross-functional team who flawlessly delivers exceptional creative work that drives the businesses forward. You surprise and delight clients by sharing unexpected thinking.  Every time you touch the work, you make it better.

The role will be a key part of the team continuously striving to deliver amazing work for a client that has high expectations, but also supports us in developing award-winning work that drives results. What We Want You To Do

Manage the display, mobile, and video advertising aspects of omni-channel campaigns for a diverse range of clients.

Manage the creative development, production and post-production process of all quarterly campaigns, with a heavy focus on updates to all creative assets of existing campaigns.

Develop and grow key relationships within large, complex client organizations.

Help align client business goals, agency creative ambitions, and media agency planning efforts.

Collaborate with a diverse team of strategists, planners, creatives, and engineers to conceptualize innovative and memorable campaigns that move the needle.

Apply keen analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and continually optimize the agency’s efforts.

Work with finance and operations on client reporting, billing, and ongoing process improvements.

Build up sources of information relevant to your work (for example industry publications, research tools, competitive trackers) to stay plugged into the business and our client’s business.

Support the team in any way possible to sell creative work.


What We Want You To Have For Success

Extensive experience with digital advertising platforms, with particular expertise in mobile, video, rich media and dynamic creative. Depth in search, social, email, CRM, or web/app development is a plus.

Experience working with integrated campaigns that encapsulate TV and digital advertising, PR, content production, social, experiential, and/or digital product components.  

Experience evaluating and influencing media plans, and working directly with media agencies.

A love of popular culture and strong awareness of cultural trends.

A working familiarity of major analytics platforms.

A proven track record of creating growth for clients.

4+ years experience in account management, at least 2+ years in the digital advertising space, working for medium to large-scale consumer brands.

Spanish language fluency a plus.

No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time, and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing workload.

Strong attention to detail and time management. Extremely buttoned up.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
