About Spill Ad:

At Spill, we bring a new set of parameters to understand the environment around the audience. Using our patent pending machine learning technology we can precisely know if users are using their mobile devices in meetings, trains or public transit, if they are laying down and much more. We provide context aware information to in-crease the success of each advertising campaign.

The company have currently a team of 6 people, raised $800k up to date in seed financing. Our products are at the evaluation stage with advertising agencies and digital publishers. Looking to raise our Series A in mid-2018

We are looking for a highly-motivated, proven CEO with entrepreneurial experience and a clear interest in Ad-Tech startups to drive the future of Spill Ad with the founders. You’ll be part of a small team creating a big impact in the market of Ad-Tech and programmatic advertising. You will work closely with the founding team on the company roadmap and direction.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a company’s future in the heart of Montreal. As a builder and growth leader, the CEO will undertake and guide all aspects regarding raising funding to take the startup to the next level of growth. The CEO will be the primary spokesperson for the Company in all interactions with shareholders, the BoD, the press, the financial community and the international markets.

Expectations :

We are looking for someone with the ability to take into account the ‘big picture’ in the decision-making process. Someone experienced in international contract negotiations with customers and partners. Someone that values client revenue growth, up-selling and product adoption.

Requirements :

Track-record in fund raising, professional experience in executive role in Ad-tech startups, and competency in strategic planning and business development is a must. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills are required to achieve our shared goals and objectives.
