The role…

Our Business Development Coordinator is vital in providing project management support to the pitch team to help develop, coordinate, and execute new business deliverables for proposals and presentations.

This person will ensure all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality, relevant to the client’s business challenges, and reflective of Landor’s approach to Agile Brands. This person will embrace and display passion and curiosity for design and branding, build valuable partnerships internally, and work seamlessly across teams. You’ll also help create and execute outbound digital marketing campaigns and plan events to generate new opportunities.

What we are looking for…

Someone with 2+ years’ experience in branding, consulting, or marketing with increasing levels of responsibility. A bachelor degree from a top undergraduate program. Someone with a demonstrated enthusiasm to create materials that can ensure efficient proposal and presentation creation, passionate about being culturally connected, and on the leading edge of brands, marketing, and design.

Demonstrated project management skills – ability to “do” and to “delegate.”  Experience in MS Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint) and general high comfort level with new technology. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and InDesign are a plus.
