Senior Account Manager - Agency

About the Role

AdRoll is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its quickly growing North American Account Executive team in our New York office. It’s a great opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, high performing team, as well as being able to win a place on the annual High Roller Trip!! This role will be responsible for supporting and growing existing business for our Agency vertical. Reporting into the Head of Agency, East, the right candidate will be instrumental in providing consultative value to our Agency partners by helping to achieve their client and personal growth goals as an agency.


  • Responsible for managing and growing a large portfolio of existing AdRoll Agency partners

  • Focus on revenue growth (cross sell / upsell) and retention of the accounts

  • Foster and strengthen relationships with all clients at multiple levels of the organization through email, phone, in-person meetings

  • Provide consultative and strategic marketing and industry guidance for clients

  • Work collaboratively with Account Directors to onboard new agencies and develop, retain, and grow agency accounts within existing agencies

  • Work closely with sales support teams across Technical Account Management, Dynamic Creative, Business Intelligence, Ad Operations, and Optimization departments to optimize and troubleshoot online advertising campaigns

  • Educate clients on new product features to drive continued product adoption and increased client investment

  • Partner with the Product team to proactively surface client feedback

  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to manage client billing needs


  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience in Agency vertical

  • Very strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing & the US agency landscape

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive self starter with a solutions oriented attitude

  • Extremely organized and experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks

  • Must be passionate about collaboration and working cross-functionally with a host of different teams
