iCrossing is hiring for a Senior Account Manager to be a driver of change and a solution-oriented thinker who understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services. You will be advising clients on strategies to meet their marketing objectives generally around growth, cost reduction and performance improvement. You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and specifically feel comfortable budgeting and forecasting.

Mission:

To drive client satisfaction, agency satisfaction and growth on one of our largest radio and media accounts. Our core deliverable is providing digital media performance marketing solutions that deliver the strongest possible in-market performance for the brand in a highly competitive category. This Senior Account Manager must be able to entrepreneurially capitalize on these opportunities while delivering day-to-day excellence in the core business.

Outcomes:

  • Immediately establish a positive and productive working relationship with the Media Team who deliver success day-to-day, and partner with them to prioritize projects and ensure that deliverables meet our high standards
  • Quickly establish a trusted working relationship with the client teams across brands and become a reliable partner in delivering success
  • Partner with Project Manager to ensure that we are in line with our Scope and do not routinely over-service the clients. Be able to politely and firmly ask for money when scope deliverables go beyond the agreed scope
  • Achieve 8+ in Client Referral Rating
  • Win additional projects that deliver 20% growth within 12 months

Competencies:

  • Experience in leading media-led, integrated teams on a high-profile client
  • Strong interest in delivering innovative solutions
  • Experience in delivering award winning campaigns (media, integrated or creative)
  • Ability to strategically frame an opportunity for both client and agency

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Account Management in digital marketing
  • Ideal candidates have a proven ability to navigate large client organizations and experience with large brands
  • Proactively grow, shape, and run a large account (or multiple projects)
  • Partners well with senior team members, trusted senior client partner, providing consistent strategic advice
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing and proven ability to assist client with online campaign planning
  • Thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques including bought, owned and earned media (paid search, SEO, social media, display media).
  • Ability to represent and promote iCrossing in a professional manner and demonstrate value added service to clients
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team and assist with the integration of the Client Services group within iCrossing
  • Ability to defend creative and strategic work that meets or transforms our client's business and needs
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage several projects and/ or accounts at once
  • Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills
