The role…

Reporting to the global marketing director, and under the design direction of the global chief creative officer, you will be part of Landor’s in-house Global MarCom team, driving the Landor brand into the future and promoting Landor’s work, thinking, and accomplishments across multiple channels.

You will work on everything from Landor’s corporate website, social media channels, and outbound mailers to case studies, thought leadership pieces, and new business materials, creating stunning expressions of the Landor brand. As our brand’s custodian, you’ll also be responsible for creating and maintaining guidelines, templates, tools, and standards for our teams around the world.

Who you are…

An experienced, hands-on, digitally savvy designer:

  • You have a clear understanding of creative and production processes and can capture original creative intent as you bring an idea to life
  • You are passionate about digital design and keep up with the latest trends, best practices, tech, and mediums
  • You produce error-free artwork, mechanicals, standards, templates, tools, and other deliverables—with a commitment to the highest quality work
  • You work directly on implementation and work with vendors on pricing, proofing, and production
  • You make strong conceptual decisions and present them clearly to the team

As a team player you are as comfortable working with a small team as with senior leaders across a global network:

  • You are always willing to jump in and help others, but you also work autonomously without daily design direction
  • You can manage project timelines, review deliverables, offer advice, and troubleshoot challenges
  • You are astute working across multiple channels (web, mobile, print, social, video) and disciplines (strategy, production, project management, social media)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently working on more than one project at a time

What we're looking for...

  • Minimum of 5 years in the graphic design industry with hands-on design, digital marketing, implementation, and production experience
  • Extensive knowledge of current design and production software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong knowledge of web and user interface (UI) design (WordPress with some HTML and CSS preferred)
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of branding and storytelling desirable
  • You are passionate about digital design and keep up with the latest trends, best practices, current technology, and mediums
  • You produce error-free artwork, mechanicals, standards, templates, tools, and other deliverables—with a commitment to the highest quality work
  • You work directly on implementing creative intent and coordinate with vendors on pricing, proofing, and production
  • You make strong conceptual decisions and present them clearly to the team
