You will be responsible for the growth and management of sales, and client and agency relationships within China with a focus on Shanghai. You will be a people person who loves to talk all things digital and feels right at home networking and chatting to clients. You will grow and maintain, long term, profitable and creative client relationships for the Resn team to deliver on.
In this role you will need to be a credible partner who stands for product excellence and ensuring enduring client relationships.
Discover and create new business success with direct clients and agencies across China.
Develop long-lasting, trusted and profitable relationships with clients that bring creativity and enjoyable opportunities to Resn.
Lead the strategic direction and innovative development of opportunities to deliver a consistently superior creative product.
Provide support when possible to pitch/proposal responses from Resn’s existing international sources. Offer strategy and creative advice to the proposal response team.
Build and motivate your team/department by helping individuals maximize their potential.
Conduct team engagement reviews and mentor staff.
Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire.
Entrepreneurial, analytic and positive mindset with a personable and professional approach.
Sharp attention to detail.
Understand how business, brands and customers interact, with a knowledge of the role that technology plays in these relationships.
Excellent language proficiency (English and/or Chinese)
