The Business Development Lead will have responsibility for leading BzzAgent relationships within an assigned top consumer product goods company list. This role is intended to open doors and find new opportunities for BzzAgent and to drive repeat business opportunities through consultative selling approach, ultimately an individual contributor for a revenue goal.
This person is the front line for BzzAgent in the sales process to find and win new business, driving our word of mouth platform into client’s media plans as a strategic addition to their media mix.
- Contribute towards and deliver against your annual business development revenue goals
- Identify potential new business and opportunities to increase revenue within assigned clients
- Make cold calls if required to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify and meet potential clients & decision makers within assigned organizations
- Build, negotiate, and maintain business relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation and expand into new brands leverage sales tools and skills
- Develop proposals that address to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Stay abreast of updates of the market and competitors and identify and develop company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Ensure that all proposal/contract details, client meetings, RFQ information and relevant updates are captured and maintained within sales force
