R3 is looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development leader based in New York.  

We are a global firm working with nine of the world's top twenty marketers

Areas of Scope 

  • Develop strategies to reach out to prospective clients and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for the company
  • Organically grow and retain existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting new solutions and services
  • Close new business by coordinating requirements with internal teams and negotiating contracts with clients
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing clients, particularly with decision makers within the client’s organization
  • Work with internal teams to plan pitches and approaches to present the Company’s unique selling propositions
  • Work with management and internal teams on pricing services/solutions
  • Use knowledge of prospective clients’ needs, market and competitor trends to support the development of new services and solutions
  • Work with our internal Marketing team to develop and implement innovative approaches to prospecting
  • Close the loop with clients by soliciting feedback and helping the company learn from the project/relationship
  • Ensure Business Development team targets are achieved
  • Lead and motivate internal team members to achieve targets and deliver high quality work and interaction with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Train and coach team members and manage their overall performance
  • Provide Business Development training to internal teams when necessary
