Receptionist / Office Assistant

We are looking for someone to be an integral part of the firm operations. This is a long term opportunity with plans for growth within the position. Compensation is dependent on experience and includes medical benefits after required waiting period. We're looking for a talented professional with excellent customer service and presentation skills to provide a variety of moderately difficult to complex administrative support to the organization. Reporting to our Administrative Services Manager, your typical accountabilities would include:


•General reception (phone and in-person)
•Administer building access and company property issuance requests
•Office supplies ordering
•Property management liaison (e.g., placing orders for repairs)
•Provide coverage and back-up support for mail room, copy center, and facilities tasks

Requirements include:

•2+ years of relevant office support work experience.
•High School diploma or equivalent (AA / AS or certification in a related field preferred).
•Intermediate MS Office Suite proficiency.
