  • Responsible for project operations. Develops operational workflows agency wide and by client.
  • Senior leader/mentor for Program Management and Digital Production Team.
  • Evaluates, recommend and enforce use of project management/production tools to support effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Develops and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in developing scope of work and staffing plans for new and renewing clients.
  • Develop and manage operational on-boarding for newly acquired clients.
  • Possesses superior understanding across these project management areas: software delivery, product development, and integrated campaign delivery.
  • Develop and lead client optimization sessions.


  • Champions the agency perspective convincingly with Clients. Is persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas. 
  • Maintains big picture view and thinks creatively to solve problems and when dealing with change. Is able to break away from traditional thought. 
  • Able to expertly frame projects by asking all the right questions about casting, technology and vendors and additionally offer alternatives and innovation to the approach through social media and emerging technologies.
  • Able to demonstrate deep industry knowledge and ability to apply skills from one project type to another accurately and appropriately
  • Able to independently lead complex projects, complex multi-channel programs and drive them to completion within scope and budget
  • Able to consistently maintain a proactive and forward thinking approach to the application of project management concepts and methods for clients and within Havas
  • Deep expertise in understanding of the process and approach of their projects and can communicate to a business lead client
  • Partners with the relationship lead on ownership of complex large scale projects, campaigns
  • Ownership of any issues that affect delivery such as performance, fit and casting issues
  • Able to negotiate scope, tradeoff and pricing discussions with client management
  • Able to provide internal teams with insight and expertise across Havas capabilities that offer innovative or more efficient options on their complex projects
  • Works collaboratively and develops strong partnerships with clients, agency resources and account team.
