As the marketing manager supporting Mayo Clinic’s search marketing and digital marketing attribution efforts, you will play a critical role in Mayo Clinic’s performance marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with marketing colleagues across the organization to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to business objectives and our mission of providing hope and healing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background, a creative problem-solver mentality and an exceptional ability to build relationships. An understanding of current and emerging marketing trends is desired.
Successful candidate will take an active leadership role across Mayo Clinic to understand business objectives, and builds marketing strategies and plans to support those objectives. This individual provides expert strategic marketing consultation and guidance to various clients, and leads through influence without direct reporting relationships. Drives, implements, monitors, and measures results of marketing activities to advance Mayo Clinic’s mission, strategic plan and business objectives.
- Requires a transcript of strong academic performance in, and successful completion of, a master’s degree, and 7 years of experience in marketing; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10 years of experience in marketing, and completion of a master’s degree within 4 years of hire.
- Relevant experience to include:
- Multiple years of search advertising experience managing multiple large search advertising accounts in Google and Bing.
- Strong understanding of advertising attribution options and tools.
- Project management experience is required.
