Job Requirements & Description:

  • 3-4 years’ digital advertising experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or related field
  • Flawless execution of paid media campaign management and optimization. Open positions exist for Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic display channels
  • Develop, maintain and optimize comprehensive digital media campaigns and programs
  • Monitor and analyze performance reports to ensure account pacing relative to budgets and client-defined goals and objectives
  • Provide valuable analysis and performance insights internally and externally
  • Provide and analyze ad-hoc data requests
  • Execute, iterate and analyze testing initiatives
  • Annual maintenance of core certifications including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Kenshoo Pro
  • Participate in strategic initiatives & optimization efforts that achieve client goals and objectives
  • Effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients, staff and internal teams
  • Facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimization
  • Stay apprised of emerging media and technology, constantly seek new opportunities
  • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives, landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, placements, networks, and 3rd-party tools
  • Identify ‘client wins’ on a regular cadence and showcase those successes in the form of blogs, white papers, case studies, etc.
  • Embrace, nurture and reinforce the organization’s, published Core Values
  • Possess a deep understanding of paid media (both execution and strategic)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Media Channels including Google, Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate, assign/manage resources and track progress
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resource time and allocation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess proficiency in 3rd party technology platforms including Kenshoo and DoubleClick
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and extract insight/actions from data and relate the “story” back to client’s business goals; ability to communicate this “story” internally
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creative problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate proficiently
