We're hiring a Global Marketing Communications Manager in Fairburn, GA. In this newly created position, the person will lead the company's MarCom strategy and ensure the coordination, quality and timeliness of various marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manager to take the lead on literature development, website creation, public relations, tradeshows/conferences, social media and various ad hoc projects! This position reports to the VP Sales & Marketing and is responsible for building internal capabilities and providing leadership on global, cross-functional initiatives.
Must have Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Communications -
Communicate a thorough knowledge of corporate capabilities through print and digital deliverables; develop programs to improve reputation and recognition; work closely with Sales to define needed marketing materials and sales tools including electronic collateral, tradeshow needs, video, product launch and training materials; develop content including identification and formulation of systems and products to clearly articulate Pangborn's value proposition. Marketing Strategy -
Oversee comprehensive branding, positioning and tactical plans; innovate and offer new ideas and approaches to support and expand corporate portfolio and services; identify and evaluate new marketing platforms to promote organizational capabilities and support profitable growth; work with VP, Sales & Marketing to develop and execute annual marketing plan; build relationships and network with business partners, customers and others where appropriate. Communications -
Plan, initiate and manage public relations activities; direct communication campaigns including technical thought leadership, social media, internal and industry publications as required; promote and expand the reach and impact of Pangborn's capabilities through educational content(speakers, articles, videos, brochures), and events (hospitality, tradeshow, conferences); plan and promote communication strategy through traditional and social outlets (press releases, webinars, emails, social networks).
